At Ochre
A small, open kitchen serving three meals a day from a short, seasonal menu — built around what the valley itself can supply at 3,650 metres.
Details
Ochre's dining room seats guests around long wooden tables with a view of the ridge through deep-set mud-walled windows. The kitchen runs a short daily menu rather than a long laminated one, shaped by what's fresh, what's in season, and what the valley grows.
Outside of set meal times, the kitchen can usually put together a simple plate for guests arriving late from the road — just let the front desk know your travel plans.
Breakfast is complimentary for all stays; lunch and dinner can be pre-booked at check-in.
